Radio Traffic Alerts

I have recently started to receive Traffic Alert notifications whist driving and can’t find now to switch them off (there used to be a dedicated dashboard button on older BMW models), does anyone know where I find the option to disable those notifications within idrive 9?

On a different matter I have just discovered that if you hold down the volume button for more than 5 seconds when the car is stationary and not in drive mode, it switches off all displays, this is very useful when trying to clean them of fingerprints. Previously I found I was inadvertently triggering all kinds of functions when cleaning the screen with a microfibre cloth!

Happened to me yesterday, radio came on way louder than I would like. 2nd time I noted an option on screen to end all alerts so selected that and none since.

Thanks, I guess it was part of the latest over-the-air software update! I have now done the same to cancel.
