Step inside the new BMW iX1 and you’ll be greeted with a minimalist cabin with a greatly reduced number of buttons compared with the outgoing car.
It features the same huge curved infotainment system you get on the BMW i4, which consists of a 10.25-inch central touchscreen and an 10.7-inch digital drivers display. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come as standard across the range, as does the ‘Hey BMW’ voice assistant.
