Heated Seats iX1

BMW knows how to annoy an established customer ! An email came today, twice, from BMW Dubai, heaven knows why as I'm a customer in France having recently changed for the new iX1. Bad enough that I paid €2100 for a premium pack that then gave me the opportunity to have heated seats for another €360 - already increased to €400. When I took delivery of the car in Toulouse last month I took the option of a month’s trial and yesterday they disappeared from the screen in my car. Now I received this letter today which is very confusing….the subscription will end today but….

“The extension period of the following BMW ConnectedDrive expired Service Inclusive package will end in two weeks for your BMW with the Vehicle Identification Number WB***********5871: Front Seat Heating”

Yes, I want the heated seats but the whole BMW sales process is unbelievably annoying.
I'm sure that I will not be alone.

My iX1 is in Portimao Blue with Red & Black seats. I don't think they're available in the UK ? They're a bit flash but they draw a lot of compliments. Do you love them or hate them ?

Are they sportseats?
Are they good for long legs?

I ordered the same seats in sportversion - AND I have long legs
